• Duties included coaching & training crew on maintenance, production, customer service & barista training.
• Aimed to achieve daily performance goals, workplace health & safety standards & customer focused behaviours.
• Implemented crew incentives to contribute to store's positive culture.

As a Cadet Unit Leader, I oversee all cadet operations in our unit. My duties consist of creating lesson plans & training calendars, conducting training courses and assisted with recruitment. Adding to my duties, I also command a militarized parade every training night.

In 2022, myself and 25 other cadets out of 800 state wide were selected to attend the prestigious Emergency Services Cadets and assoc. Program of Excellence, which broadened my knowledge of the emergency services.
