Due to my exceptionally sensitive sense of smell since childhood, I have always found great joy in exploring and appreciating the deep flavors and aromas of ingredients, even when preparing simple dishes. This naturally led me to pursue richer flavors and diverse textures, sparking my interest in various cuisines.

Like many others, cooking is happiness for me. The process of cooking, sharing, and seeing the smiles of those enjoying my food has always brought me a deep sense of fulfillment. Over time, my belief in creating food with sincerity has only grown stronger, which is why I am writing this application today.

I may not have impressive credentials compared to the many experienced professionals in this field, but I have walked diverse paths in life, working across various industries. Through numerous challenges and failures, I have constantly learned and strived to become a better version of myself every day.

Though I may have shortcomings, if given the opportunity to work with you, I will do my utmost to meet expectations and continuously improve.
