• The Social Impact Project—University Project, 08/01/22, 10/01/22

- The Social Impact Project is a social enterprise and business planning project coordinated by The Big Issue in Australia. 

- Worked in a small multi-disciplinary team to develop a concept and business plan for a new social business. 

- Developed skills including research, problem solving, innovative thinking, effective communication of an idea, teamwork. 

- Produced a business plan including an executive summary, marketing plan, and budget appropriate for the context of the business idea.

• Report writing—Extent Heritage, 07/01/23, 11/01/23

- Through the University of Melbourne Arts Project (Arts30001) contact the host company Extent Heritage, and complete a report to address the question: Preserving archaeological remains in situ – a good idea? 

- Working with three other girls in researching, enhanced my ability to communicate and teamwork ability. 

- Analyzing case studies to assess the impact of archaeological sites on tourists, local people and the government, it has sharpened my analytical skills and ability to consider issues holistically. 

- In collaboration with the host company Extent Heritage, our report gives accurate solution, in the form of matrix, on strategic decision-making, how to protect archaeological site and etc.

Fashion Brand Internship, Elliatt, 02/01/24, 05/01/24

• During this internship, I worked closely with the design and creative team at our Melbourne office, gaining practical experience in various facets of the fashion industry.
• My tasks extended to creating names and descriptions for styles in collections, developing content for social media and marketing purposes.
• Developed a thorough understanding of the fashion industry’s operational processes, including coordinating photoshoots, and managing digital assets, strengthening my organizational and project management capabilities.
• Played a key role in generating innovative ideas for social media content and promotional materials, enhancing creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
