I have been working in the customer service department at Woolworths for 10 months now. Whilst working here, I have learnt various skills such as interacting with different customers in a polite and professional manner, listening to them attentively, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction . I am all about going an extra mile for a customer whether it's at a checkout or the customer service desk and offering them a great shopping experience. I am fast and efficient regardless of how busy the environment is in processing customer transactions, including cash, credit, and electronic payments, with a high level of accuracy. I collaborate with my team members to maintain a clean and organized front end, restocking drinks, confectionery and managing merchandise displays. With all these skills and experience I am a dedicated and customer focused front end team member and woolworths with experience in providing excellent service in a fast-paced retail environment.
I have experience as a hungry jack’s casual team member for 4 months, while working there I have learnt many skills such as how to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner, accomplishing several tasks at one time such as pouring drinks, using machines, taking orders and handling payments by credit or cash. Working in such a fast- paced environment made me realize I really thrive when I work under pressure and when I am collaborating with team members and helping people reach a collective goal.
