I began my journey in early education at Montebello and furthered this by becoming a room assistant in Nursery, Junior Kindy and Toddlers. The last 5 years I have filled the role of Team Leader in the Toddler Room, guiding a team of educators and actively working alongside and role modelling best practices and building upon their strengths and weaknesses. I treat my team as family and feel that I am caring,compassionate and approachable and love to help people find and be their true selves.
