I work as an analyst in the Operations ‑ Global Supplier Alliance Team. Responsible for supporting the development of a Data Governance strategy for the Supplier Master Data. Utilized SQL and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for data analysis and designing monitoring reports to help guide the procurement team on our supplier master data quality

Key achievements

• Create an analytic application to support business processes for Procurement Operations to monitor the completeness of the supplier records in Oracle Cloud
• Help identify gaps and root causes in the supplier registration process to drive consistent adherence between ResMed entities.

I worked full‑time as a data analyst engineer at Seagate (an International company manufacturing
hard‑disk drives). Responsible for investigating and optimizing product performance using key parameters
in the collected database. Utilized SQL, tableau, and SAS software for data analysis and auto‑reports to
help guide the product team on production decisions.

Key achievement

• Proposed methods to detect the potential failure of hard‑disk readers based on specific wafer patterns
  and improve product yield by 2% to 7%.

I interned under the sales and clinical specialist role in Medtronic's CR‑HF (Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure) unit

Key responsibilities

• I assist with medical device sales and routine check‑ups of pacemaker patients at hospitals around the Bangkok district
• I assist with setting up a workshop to teach cardiology fellows, technical staff, and nurses the essential check‑ups and troubleshooting of our pacemaker product in case of an emergency

Key achievements

• I gained a deep understanding of cardiac‑related biomedical devices such as pacemakers, implantable cardiac defibrillators, cardiac resynchronization therapy systems, and loop recorders
• I was qualified to follow mentors into the operating theatre for two cases (pacemaker replacement and unipolar pacemaker implantation)
