Additional Information

I completed the GROW leadership course at Medibank in 2023 after being nominated to do so by my people leader. This course was invaluable at developing new leadership skills and strengthening ones I already had. I learnt how to make my leadership unique while adapting to the changing needs of the team and individuals within that team. I learnt successful change implementation and leading difficult conversations.
