2024.02 - Current
I do work experience at LGM industries one day a week (Thursday) through school.
I am involved in helping cut out steel from pipe to structural beams using the horizontal ban saw as well as prepping the material by using a grinder e.g. grinding bevels and cleaning sharp edges, ready to be welded.
I am involved in helping other employees with transporting projects around the workshop using the gantry crane, marking out and drilling holes in metal using the magnetic drill press and positioning metal together with the correct angles and sizes, held together with tacks ready to be welded

I do weekend and holiday work.
I do a range of work for example, feed sheep, livestock handling, operate machinery (land preparation using tractors, forklifts),repair and replace damaged parts. Repair fences and gates, chaser bin driving(Harvesting), repair irrigation and work in the packing shed.
