Over the past 11 years i have been employed by Fedex. I started my career a driver, working both PUD and Bulk Operating a forklift including Trailer uploading/ Loading. i have excellent time management skills and team leading skills which are needed to support the successful operation of a major Freight company. As a Leading Hand the role has helped grow skills in working with a team as well as how to deal with conflict , understanding of Fleet maintenance , Pallet Control and other general company roles. Over the 12 months i have acquired knowledge and insight of additional tasks such as IMS {Incident reporting}and HSEQ { monthly safety procedure checklist}. I am enjoying the challenge and have gained confidence by completing on a regular basis. I am looking forward to being the best that i can be.
