Im responsible for cleaning 2 sites of SA Water (SA Water Workshop and SA Water Depot)

• Responsible for handling and moving harvested mushroom boxes from the harvester to the conveyor belt for scanning, as well as transporting harvest trolleys between sheds. Ensures efficient product flow, safe handling, and adherence to workplace safety and quality standards.
• And im doing team leader as well when they need a team leader of the day. Im leading the team to pick mushroom and tell them what exactly sizes the supervisor said.

• Stacking & Organising
• Stack onion bags (5kg–20kg) onto pallets or storage areas up to 12 layers high.
• Ensure stacks are stable and secure to prevent accidents or product damage.
• Follow stacking patterns to maximise space and maintain order in the warehouse.

• Handling & Lifting
• Safely lift, carry, and position onion bags using correct manual handling techniques.
• Use pallet jacks or other equipment if required.
• 
  
• Quality & Safety Checks
• Inspect onion bags for damage, weight accuracy, or quality issues before stacking.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures, including PPE use.
• Keep work area clean, free from obstructions, and organised.
• 
  
• Teamwork & Communication
• Coordinate with co-workers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Report any product defects, hazards, or equipment issues to supervisors.
