Role highlights:

• Fast paced and accurate client diagnosing and multiple patient treatments (up to 7 concurrent treatments in an hour, up to 20+ patients per day)

• Effectively combining acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal formula prescription for client treatments

• Conscientious patient follow ups, especially those with long term conditions

• Diligent administration expertise including usage Cliniko system, patient inquiries over the phone and clinic payments' processing and bookings

Working alongside a skilled practitioner has helped me become highly specialised in pulse taking, hara diagnosis, body constitution and moxibustion techniques.
