Experienced Mining Maintenance Superintendent I have a broad range of experience on all aspects of machinery in a 20+ year career in different sectors from road transport to open cut and underground mining. I have been in management/leadership roles for much of my time. I find the responsibly of managing a team environment both challenging and rewarding. I have a great adaptability to ensure I can meet the needs of various personnel which has served me well in being able to get the best out of individuals. Safety is my number one priority and making sure every staff member can go home safely at the end of each day.
