My role as a crew coach within the team was to train new hires and provide ongoing support to the team. This included implementing and teaching safety procedures regarding food safety, manual handling and cleanliness standards. As necessary, my role included filing hazard and incident reports. I also worked consistently on overnight shifts where I was responsible for maintaining store operations while completing an extensive maintenance and cleaning checklist independently. This role taught me how to balance excellent customer service while completing secondary store objectives.
