I'm passionate about fitness and nutrition with years of experience in training and body composition. I work well in a group setting and I love working with people to help motivate and achieve their fitness goals and it brings me immense joy to see clients/the people I train break personal records and overcome barriers. I am very goal-oriented which is what I believe makes me stand out from the rest, meaning the goals of my clients become mine as well
I've trained a friend and helped them increase their muscle strength as well as developing better eating habits by giving them advice on nutrition and creating a comprehensible training regime as well as coaching them face to face on how to perform the exercises optimally.
