Here I gained skills in speed of service by multitasking skills during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality or presentation of drinks. Furthermore, I enhanced bar efficiency by maintaining clean and organised workspaces as well as collaborating with other team members and engaging with guests.

Here I gained my first experience of bartending, working for an agency which operated many large events across Edinburgh including Scotland's national soccer and rugby games as well as often taking shifts in 5 star hotels.

This was my first job and was important in teaching me valuable customer service skills and training me in handling cash and operating till machines.
