Over the past 4+ years I have been responsible for the Cyber Security division for Opus Recruitment Solutions. Within this period, I have built long-lasting and profitable relationships across the industry. I also support a team of trainee and senior consultants.

Leading the business IT Division with a team of 6 across both contract and permanent recruitment, within vertical recruitment markets. During this time, I remained a 360 consultant, running my own desk (Cyber Security & Infrastructure), along with mentoring, leading and driving performance across the team.

• Managing the outstanding contract book of the business of 85+ contractors
• Responsible for holding forecasting meetings, weekly individual business reviews
• Reporting to the CEO and Managing Director for weekly & monthly forecast and strategy plans.
• Continued to uphold my personal contract book of 18 contractors, along with contributing to permanent placements.

I joined Michael Bailey Associates as an Infrastructure recruitment consultant on a 360 desk, but transitioned focus towards Cyber Security. Dual desk, with a primary focus on contract.

• Built contract book to 18 contractors, maintained over duration of employment.
• 70/30 split on contract and permanent billings
• Responsible for bringing profitable clients onboard, across multiple industries within Australia.
• Multiple promotions from consultant to principal, then to Recruitment Manager.
• Achieved 110% of sales targets for 2017-2019

Over the course of a 6 month, fixed term contract, I worked in a small niche team which focused on the Financial Services technology market. My role was to cover both permanent and contract positions and to bring in new business.

• I hit 100% of my targets across the two quarters I was employed
