For the past nearly 3 years I have worked in business development roles and am now looking for the next step forward in my career.
Being a 360 recruitment consultant I built and worked my own desk across industries such as Medical, Building Materials and A&D with a strong focus on Business Development positions and headhunting the perfect candidate for my clients.
I was responsible from start to finish for each recruitment drive from getting the job on, sourcing candidates and ultimately filling the vacancy.
During this time I achieved and was constantly working towards sales targets of over $200,000 in revenue for the calendar year and also KPI's based on tangible activity such as call volumes.
Being a Candidate Manager at Vendito was my introductory into recruitment.
This role saw me doing all aspects of the recruitment drive bar the business development aspect of getting my own clients.
During this time I learnt how to be a consultant and thus transitioned into a 360 role.
While working at The Progress Faculty I engaged in customer acquisitions on behalf of clients and built sales teams for business who lacked the time and or resources.
Spanning the event, B2B and residential sectors of face to face sales.
At the core this role saw me engaging potential clients and businesses face to face and signing them up to packages. While working towards strict KPI's and sales targets.
