  • Duties: Drilling and setup / secure with use of Rock drill and Air leg.
  • Ensure safe demobilisation of drill rigs.
  • Partner with senior drillers to effectively assemble, position, and operate drilling rigs and related equipment.
  • Site planning and preparation for upcoming drill programs.
  • Service and maintain Drill rigs, tools and equipment on a daily basis or as servicing is required.

  • While working for All Fence U Rent, I have shown I am able to work to client dead lines and work in team environments, running projects all over perth ranging from personal homes, civil construction sites, the V8 Super Cars at Barbagallo raceway and events at the RAC arena when touring bands from overseas would come to play. some of the skills I have gained and used are as follows.

  • Removing old fences efficiently without causing damage to surrounding structures or landscaping.

CNC Cutting technologist

  • Starting my carer with Xlam in Nelson New Zealand, I showed interest in CNC machining being trained and overseen on the Wieman CLT machine quickly learning and upskilling myself to where I was made the leading hand, running and over seeing the production and quality of everything coming in and out. From here I was transferred to the new facorty after being built in Barnawartha Victoria. My role there was to train all new employees and improve the efficiency and maximise the output of work from the Hundegger CNC machins to meet client dead lines.
  • Running and supervising shifts for the CNC department, while overseeing and training new employees while up keeping the machine to ensure the best productivity was maintained
  • Running and programming of the machine, planning out shifts to ensure the best productivity was achieved, keeping track of what was being cut and the output of the machine on a daily basis
  • Operating over head gantry cranes to remove work off the CNC tables and to where it would be stored.
  • Quickly learning new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
  • Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

  • While working for Aimex our main work consisted of repairing and refitting deep sea fishing trawlers in the short time they were at port
  • This gave me a good understanding from everything to the repairing the ships engines, replacing sections of the hull and working together effectively with work mates to get the job done in a safe manner, as well as keeping within the set time frames
  • Followed safe work practices, which included fall protection and personal protective equipment.
