I've worked within the hospitality industry in the UK for nearly 10 years. In one of my longest roles I was a guest-focused General Manager dedicated to delivering positive guest experiences to promote loyalty and repeat business. I have a history of meeting brand goals and utilising consistent and organised practices. Whist taking a break from the UK and traveling Australia it wasn't long before i returned to the hospitality industry for whist in Melbourne. Working in another country within the same industry has definitely broadened my knowledge on the industry and how other businesses run.
Whist traveling across Australia i settled in Melbourne for 4 months where i worked back in the hospitality industry as a restaurant supervisor. BANG BANG is an Asian fusion restaurant serving a diverse array of dishes inspired by Asian street food. In this role i handled the day to day running of the business including managing team, customer satisfaction and opening & closing procedures.
