Joshua Egan

As a School crossing Supervisor, I ensured the safety of children and adults. This involved helping students and parents cross pedestrian crossings during school zone hours. I have covered school crossing throughout western Sydney and blue mountains region. This role requires the ability to work under pressure, quick problem solving as well as great communication skills. This role has helped build on my communication skills and ability to work independently.

Working at La Bellos involves quick problem solving and organisational skills. In addition great communication is need for efficient service. This role is team oriented and requires heavy time management skills. For example discussing with other delivery drivers which orders to take to delivery in a timely manner. Occasionally training new staff was required. This need detailed and clear communication.

I worked at the Faulconbridge Chinese Restaurant during my time in High school. My duties as a Kitchen Hand involved cleaning and drying of dishes, organising and packing orders, and end of shift cleaning. This position involved juggling many tasks at one time. Through my time as a Kitchen Hand I learned how to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
