I'm currently studying at TAFE, where I recently completed my Certificate IV in Residential Drafting. During this course, I gained extensive experience with Revit and AutoCAD. I'm now pursuing a Diploma in Building Design, where I've developed a deep understanding of ArchiCAD. Alongside software skills, I've also acquired substantial knowledge of The Apartment Design Guide, The National Construction Code (NCC), Australian standards, and codes applicable to both residential and commercial projects.

• At tafe, I am near on finnishing a two-story apartment complex (class 2) with a basement (class7a) using ArchiCAD. This project involves developing comprehensive Design and Construction Documentation (DA and CC), including detailed architectural floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models. I am ensuring compliance with Australian standards, the National Construction Code (NCC), and the Apartment Design Guide. My current responsibilities include integrating structural and building services, energy efficiency measures, and accessibility features. Additionally, I am working on site analysis plans, shadow diagrams, detailed stair designs, window & door schedules, interior elevations, and comprehensive material specifications. The project is being meticulously developed to meet all regulatory requirements and design best practices.
• I am also working on the design of a café (Class 6), an office building (Class 5), and a basement car park (Class 7a), using ArchiCAD to develop comprehensive Design and Construction Documentation (DA and CC) for all types of structures. I will continue to work on these projects until the end of the year.
