I referee official basketball games in

accordance with league regulations and rules. I

maintain a high level of sportsmanship and fair

play among players, coaches, and parents. I

work with coaches and players to ensure

clear communication and understanding of

game expectations. I evaluate player

performances and enforced rules to maintain

competitive spirit within the games. I started out

as a green shirt trainee but since then I have

become a fully qualified striped Referee.

This was a 2 Week volunteer work where we a team and I went overseas to Cambodia to help out in an Orphanage and a school. We gave kids more time to learn because in Cambodia the kids go to school half of the day and work the other half.
