• Own and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for analytics, and collaborate with channel leads to integrate data for planning and optimization.
• Continuously explore and identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, supporting business transformation initiatives.

• Mentor and support new team members, helping them onboard, develop technical skills, and integrate into ongoing projects.

• Support the Data & Tech team in building custom solutions, delivering key projects, and BAU operations, with respect to data analysis and models
• Design, build, and deploy business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions that increase efficiencies in reporting requirements
• Analyse and query large volumes of data and implement processes
• Select and integrate relevant big data tools and frameworks to provide the required capabilities
• Implement ETL data processing procedures where applicable
• Monitor infrastructure performance and optimize where necessary
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure completeness to maintain theintegrity of dashboards and reporting systems.
