Julia Swenson

I am an Occupational Therapist with 26 years’ experience in inpatient, outpatient and community locations in the Northern Territory and overseas. I have worked with adults with complex physical disabilities for most of my clinical career and I enjoy supervision and mentoring of allied health team members.

I am the queen of team culture, and the confidant and coach to my team. I nurture my team members with generous and  flexible work conditions. I am a values based leader, and a champion of care, integrity and respect and reliability, I love that our team knows what it takes to make a difference and has assisted hundreds of Territorians with physical disabilities to live life to their full potential.
