I graduated from high school in April and arrived in Australia this month.
During my time as a student, I worked in two different restaurants, one in hospitality and the other in the kitchen. The first Italian restaurant I worked at was my first part time job and I had no knowledge or experience.
However, by honestly asking questions about what I didn't know, I learned the job more quickly and learned how to serve customers comfortably.
My second experience at Takoyaki restaurant made me grow up more.
In just one month, I was able to handle both the restaurant and the hall.
I always made a lot of effort to ensure the comfort of the customers.
I am humble and adaptable, and I am good at building good relationships with customers and co-workers in a new environment.
I am curious and always looking for opportunities to challenge myself.
August 2022 - January 2023: Floor Staff, Italian Restaurant, Tokyo, Japan
Responsible for taking orders, serving drinks and meals, handling transactions at the register, and various other duties at an Italian restaurant. Efficiently managed tasks even during busy periods and worked as a team member.
November 2023 - April 2024: Floor Staff and Kitchen, Takoyaki Restaurant
Preparation and sale of Takoyaki (octopus balls). Provided quick service and friendly customer interactions during peak hours..
