I have worked at Charlie's Deli for roughly two years. The job itself is quite physically demanding, as the majority of my work is to grate large quantities of cheeses, such as Parmesans. Unlike normal cheese grating, we use a large machine consisting of an overhead lever. Constantly being very difficult, having to use my legs to lock under the table to stop myself from lifting off my feet.
At this job, we are also required to work and cut large amounts of parsley with a curved blade, requiring a very fit physical status to complete quickly, often taking roughly an hour of back-and-forth movement. Losing the skin on your palms is also a bonus for doing the task. Doing so roughly once a week.
Restocking and cleaning cheeses, along with working with deli meats and olives, are another tasks that fall under my job, as I am very well-versed in different areas of the shop.

I participate in local sports such as cricket, often training once a week during the on-season, along with games every Saturday or Sunday, depending on whether or not I decide to play with adults or stay in my league at juniors.
I also am a member of a fight team at a muay thai gym located in claisebrook, training 3-4 hours per day on cardio and weight based training often prepping for upcoming fights.
