experience working for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute (RNLI) on the busy, high
footfall beaches of Brighton & Hove and Littlehampton. I hold qualifications in casualty Care, CPR, First Aid, Operational Command, and qualified crew on Inshore Rescue Boats (IRBs). In recognition of my leadership and professionalism, I have taken on senior lifeguard responsibilities throughout the season include leading a beach lifeguard unit when required.

Some of my sporting achievements:
• Represented Brighton and Hove Cricket Club at 1st level.
• Played for Hove Rugby Club Colts (our team reached the final of the Sussex Cup).
• Represented Matabeleland Province in Zimbabwe for swimming.
• Represented Falcon college at 1st team level in cricket and soccer.
• Ran Brighton half marathon in March 2025.
• Participated in a “Swim the length of the English Channel” fundraiser in a
swimming pool to raise money for a charity that helps Leukaemia patients.
