During my time at Betty's burgers I gained higher level customer service skills in an intense working environment alongside taking the position as back of house where my responsibilities included:

• Performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep kitchen clean and organized.
• Coordinated with kitchen staff, working hard to stay ahead of demand and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintained and sanitized service stations, prep areas, and countertops.
• Removed garbage, compost, and recycling, and placed in designated container areas.

I was apart of the McDonald's crew for over two and a half yearsgaining knowledge of excellent customer service and people skills in a very busy work environment.

Roles included;

• Serving customers at the front desk and drive through
• Took orders, prepared meals, and collected payments.
• Packing and handing out orders
• Worked well and Collaborated with team members to complete orders.
