I am an organised and dedicated individual with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments while offering keen attention to detail and strong decision-making skills to manage multiple, concurrent tasks. I have a self-motivated work ethic to perform effectively in independent or team environments. My fields of experience include managing a team, working with children (including those with special needs), customer service, retail, experience in working extended/ split shifts and handling two/three jobs at once, working towards sales targets and KSIs, waitressing, cash management, reception and administration.
