OFFICE ASSISTANT
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office Suite, Service M8 and MYOB
- Providing administrative support to the service team, including invoicing, filing and general office duties
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all service activities
- Supporting the implementation of new service processes and systems
- Generating reports and analyzing service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Greeting and handling walk-in customers
- Other general administrative tasks as needed
