• Manage the deployment team across Australia including external contracting agents supporting over 850 Coles Supermarkets, 1100 Liquorlands, 900 Coles Express and 6 Distribution Centres
• Manage the project co-ordination team and support them in creating project scope of work, delegation of Engineers to the scope to deliver projects
• Manage a team of level 1 support across various Coles projects including Life Cycle Management and Ad hoc projects
• Create documentation for retail IT hardware installation including CISCO routers, switches, S2D servers, POS systems, VOIP, Eftpos, scanners across Coles brands and update them according to hardware upgrades and processes
• Assist IMI Management by providing project LOE, resource estimates, project risk assessments, project analysis, onsite documentation and ongoing project support to PMO with technical aspects

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain applications in a Windows XP/7 and Server 2003/2008/2008R2 environment.
  - Setup and repair of hardware, including servers, PCs, and network equipment Maintain and support Warehouse Management System.
  - Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting server application.
  - Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, documentation and operating procedures. - - Protect systems from spyware and ensure data security and integrity.
  - Database backup and recovery.
  - Responsible of resource allocation and maintaining Time-sheets.
