Motivated pre-service teacher with experience working as an Inclusion Aide and Education Support staff member in secondary school settings. Skilled in supporting diverse learners, assisting with literacy and classroom-based interventions, building positive student relationships, and working collaboratively with teachers to promote student engagement, independence and inclusion. Currently studying to become a teacher, with a strong interest in creating supportive, structured and inclusive learning environments where students feel understood and capable of success. Bringing practical classroom experience, strong communication skills and a developing knowledge of curriculum, behaviour support and differentiated teaching practice to future teaching roles.
