Kathy Squillace

With a wealth of experience in Ministry Training education and pastoral care, having worked with a diverse population and provided guidance and support to individuals on their spiritual journey. Assisting people who have been grappling with life's difficulties, offering spiritual support to those facing end-of-life issues. Additionally, Serving as a Volunteer Pastor, providing spiritual support to fellow staff members and care providers. As a lifelong learner constantly searching for ways to integrate Training background and pastoral ministry into a college environment to positively impact students' lives.

• Before starting to work at the college, I spent two days a week volunteering at my local church. During this time, I organized and facilitated young parent groups, which included pre-parenting classes and Playgroup activities. I also collaborated with established community organizations to further support local families.
• I successfully spearheaded small group sessions for Care Force Life Keys, creating a highly effective atmosphere for fostering discipleship, pastoral care, and training further facilitation.
• Volunteer Pastoral care of Church congregates including hospital visits and ongoing support throughout life issues. Follow up and support the church congregation.
• Participate in multiple weekend services and Church conferences.
• Coordinated and built volunteer teams.
• Helped new people/new Christians assimilate into our Church.
• Grow small groups within our service.
• Helped create a healthy positive atmosphere in the service.
