I recently graduated from ACAP with a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. Enrolling at ACAP was the fulfilment of a desire to move into counselling after many years spent mentoring and volunteer counselling both within and outside my workplace.
Passionate about the well-being of others, and having always worked within a team, I understand the importance of strong interpersonal skills, communication, collaboration and cultural sensitivity. Integral to my working life has been the ability to be flexible, adaptable, accountable and importantly, trustworthy.
My professional experience, notably, many years working in a culturally diverse setting, has equipped me with the ability to foster meaningful connections and provide guidance across diverse cultures and industries.
I would relish the opportunity to contribute to ACAP’s student support services by creating an inclusive, compassionate, and proactive environment that enhances student success, mental health awareness, and overall well-being.
