  • Onboarding: Conduct and arrange induction and onboarding sessions for all new hires to build connections with the larger organisation.
  • Payroll: Manage end-to-end payroll for Maverick. Maintain 100% accuracy in payroll data with weekly updates of new hires, exits, leaves and/ or any changes in employment agreement. Proficient maintenance and processing of employee pay benefits and employee changes. Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  • Programs/Projects: Provide support across a range of People and Culture programs. Deliver projects utilising a degree of initiative and judgement.
  • Systems and Technology:Consistent upkeep and maintenance of systems to ensure that we are following the right practices and getting the desired outcomes from the systems and technology in place.
  • Change Management:Proactively champion and role model change projects to streamline People & Culture operations and drive clarity on existing processes and systems. Promote a high performance and accountability culture.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Maintain dashboards to track headcount growth, attrition, probation, training completion etc. for Maverick.
  • Work, Health & Safety: Assist in Work, Health & Safety initiatives including driving a safety-first culture across the organization, incident investigation, and closure. Proactively manage non-work/work-related injuries cases with employees, leaders, and insurers.
