I am a proud Australian citizen, I have been in Australia for 35 years .I have had a couple of careers, first one was in hairdressing, which I enjoyed so much ,and I did this for 25 years .I owned my own business for the last 10 years untill I retired from hairdressing.
After that I re trained and became a dental assistant, I loved the job as it was still working with people and very rewarding, I had the opportunity to work with some amazing and caring people in the industry. I did this for 15 years.
I have now re trained with sage institute in redcliffe, who were fantastic to be taught by .it has allowed me to have a balance in hours and to be more flexible with my time .I now am fully qualified in aged care and disability care. I chose to go down the path of disability care .it has been the perfect desion ,not only have I been able to help people in their day to day life ,it is such a rewarding job ,and I have had the pleasure of meeting lots of new people .I have been in.the industry for one and a half years .I work morning, afternoon, and night shifts .weekends and public holidays. I am a very well organised person with time and job management. I always treat people how I would like to be treated, with curiosity and respect.
