For the past 5 Years i have focused on intense self development and through that i have learnt my passion for young people. This lead me to , study NLP and Youth Work Certificate IV in October 2023 at tafe.

I am passionate about collaboratively working together, helping to guide and support young people to achieve there goals, meet there needs, share solution focused approaches and journey with them as they learn to navigate life.

I am an honest and reliable person with a determination to achieve and succeed at whatever task is required of me.

Over the years I have learnt valuable people skills and the importance of communication, building rapport, maintaining professional relationships, working comfortably with people at all levels- both in a team and as an individual.

I feel my strengths lie in being pro active and consistent with my positive and easy to approach attitude.

I strive to add value and encouragement to each person i come in contact with.
