I consistently restock shelves at a fast and efficient pace, maintaining consistency and confidence across the majority of aisles. On a day-to-day basis, I assist in splitting stock into cages for each aisle, helping to ensure a smooth and organised start to the shift. I regularly restock both cages and bulk pallets and take care to fill shelves properly avoiding underfilling or overfilling while keeping displays neat, presentable, and well organised.

I actively communicate and coordinate with team members to help get the load done in the most efficient way possible. I'm often involved in making decisions that support the flow of the shift and contribute to the team’s overall productivity. On occasion, I’ve also stepped up to run nightfill shifts when asked, showing flexibility and reliability when needed. I always show up to work shifts unless i am unable to do so for valid reasons and I very frequently will fill shifts when asked.

As a service team member trained in café, drive thru, counter, delivery, and maintenance, I worked across different areas to keep things running smoothly. In the café, I made and served drinks, kept the area clean, and helped customers feel welcome. In the drive thru and at the counter, I took orders, packed food quickly and accurately, and made sure every customer had a good experience. I helped with truck deliveries by unpacking stock, checking for any issues, and putting things away safely and neatly. I also did basic maintenance tasks like cleaning, taking out rubbish, restocking supplies, and making sure the store stayed safe and tidy. I was used to switching between roles, working with a team, and staying on top of things even during busy times.
