Duties within in this role included managing customer returns, exchanges, queries or complaints efficiently to ensure a smooth process for both customers and all employees, leading and supervising the front end team during shifts and opening and closing the store. This included organisation of break times, shift changes and overall commination and leadership through out the team. As well as supervision, playing a crucial role in the online department which included picking, packing and delivering orders.
