• Effectively manage a diverse range of complaints as escalated, due to their sensitive or high-risk nature.
• Manage a team of two (Investigation & Recovery Department), conducting investigations into customers that have failed to comply with their contractual obligations.

• Provide factual information to the relevant authorities and coordinate Police attendance (where necessary) when repossessing assets, to assist in a safer recovery.
• Engage and build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Collate evidence and prepare comprehensive reports required by external stakeholders (such as local Councils, Police, Courts, Debt Collectors, ACCC, Insurance Agencies) to comply with National investigations, Subpoenas and other similar requests.

Ronald McDonald House Charities SA is located on Melbourne Street, Adelaide, a short walk to the Women's and Children's Hospital and can house up to 20 families at any time. Established to assist families needing to be close by to the hospital whilst their child undergoes treatment.
