Summary

My journey began in the New Zealand residential sector. I quickly began managing jobs and a crew of carpenters. This involved all works ranging from surveying the site set out to client handover, overseeing multiple jobs in all aspects of construction.

After moving to Melbourne in 2016 following family and to gain new experiences, I threw myself into the residential and commercial concrete construction industry.

I was fortunate enough to work with leading professionals in the industry to complete high end medium density projects. This enabled me to further my knowledge in residential and commercial structures. Solidifying my desire to push my career with the commercial sector.

Over the years, I have found that I thrive under a high pressure environment and have proven skills in managing and programming multiple trades at a high level of construction and creating meaningful relationships with clients.

I strongly believe treating people with fairness, respect and firmness when required is a key part of leadership, creating meaningful relationships and an attributes I am proud to possess.

This style of management has greatly improved my ability to get the most out of my team and contractors.

I believe I have great potential where I can continue to be challenged and learn.
