After working for Telstra for 34 years I felt like I needed a change and decided to take redundancy at Telstra . I formed a company and worked in the NBN network for a period of 2 years from 2019 to 2021 .I am currently employed as a Pool Lifeguard for Wollongong Council,Shellharbour Council and Kiama Council . I feel I have the desire and passion to re enter the industry . I fixed all the Communication problems in the Illawarra and South Coast and achieved the highest grading Field Technician . Driving was a large part of the job so safety and road sense was critical . I manage zero accidents in 30 years at Telstra. .Aaron White was one of my Team Leaders at Telstra and is Currently employed by the NBN.

I achieved 34 years of service with Telstra and during this time I achieved the highest grading Field Technician becoming a Level 2 faultman I was a technical expert in fault finding My daily routine was to fix data, phone and internet faults which had not been resolved by previous technicians This type of fault was called a Level 2 fault Customers were usually irate when I arrived but due to my understanding and polite nature, I was able to win their trust and resolve their issue, leaving the customer feeling relieved and satisfied with a great outcome
