• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project goals, tasks, timelines, budget allocations, and resource requirements
• Assisting the project manager in monitoring project expenditures and ensuring strict adherence to the allocated budget
• Implement effective communication strategies among project team members, stakeholders, and relevant parties to keep everyone informed about project updates and changes
• Tracking project progress and diligently following up on deadlines and milestones
• Prepare equipment schedules, MSSB Schedules and procurement plans upon project assignment
• Seek approval for equipment selection and shop drawings from the consultant
• Coordinate with the consultant and clear all RFIs to run the project smoothly as per the design
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the mechanical HVAC engineering field
• Implement quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to source HVAC equipment and materials essential for project execution, while evaluating bids and proposals to select the most suitable and reliable options
• Managing change requests and variations to the project scope, ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained
• Creating detailed project reports for internal and external client review as required
• Taking charge of estimation, quotation preparation, and submission of mechanical services proposals for both new and existing project opportunities.

• Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of dry goods products
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate stock rotation
• Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize product shrinkage
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dry goods department staff
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient department operations

• Monitor sales trends and customer demands to adjust stock levels accordingly
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan product displays and promotions
