I am a public health specialist having experience in clinical treatments and patient counselling as well as with a special interest in disability support worker who is interested in ensuring the promotion of independence and wellbeing of the vulnerable groups. Combined, these functions have influenced my perception of the clinical and social aspects of health. The purpose of my moving to become a practitioner in the field of public health is to have the determination to enhance the health and wellbeing of all Queenslanders by means of evidence-based practice and authentic community collaborations, which are the core values of the mission of the Health and Wellbeing Queensland. At Taus Care, I supported clients with intellectual disabilities, epilepsy, and trauma-related conditions who often faced barriers to engaging in healthy routines.
