Hi My name is Kimberley Elvy, I am part way through my Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at UOW. I currently work at Kiama Leisure Centre as a receptionist and lifeguard, however, am looking for a job closer to home. I'm a very driven person with the ability to learn and adapt to a new POS system in a fast paced environment. I work effectively in a team with great communication skills, taking initiative to complete tasks and assist colleagues, however, I can also work independently in an efficient manner. I am very passionate about becoming a part of the Shellharbour council team.

  • In my time working at Kiama Leisure Centre I have built a variety of skills including, working in a fast paced and busy environment, keeping a clean and organised space, completing a set jobs list throughout the shift in a timely manner and using a complex POS system.
  • I pride myself on correct scanning strategies to ensure that all patrons are safe whilst at our centre.
  • Additionally, I was able to further build customer service skills providing the best possible experience for people attending the centre.
