The role of the Sydney Public Health Unit (SPHU) is to identify and prevent or minimise public health risks to the community. I am currently providing administrative support to the SPHU team in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

• Sort and distribute information from multiple sources (received via email, meetings and database) to assist contact tracers manage isolation requirements.
• Monitor information for accuracy and completeness.
• Developed and updated shift handover process to improve information capture and reduce errors.

The Lalor Park Hotel is a licensed establishment providing food, beverage and gaming services to the local community.

• Set up bar for operation, obtained cash bank and stocked service bar.
• Keep bar presentable and well-stocked to meet customer needs.
• Manage bar inventory, restocked supplies and placed orders for spirits, beer, wines and mixers.
• Train new bartenders on drink preparation, product promotion, garnish preparation and sanitation protocol.
