- Open, run and close a busy cafe amongst a small team; chef and barista.

- Obtained skills in customer service and food/coffee service, teamwork, retail.

- Sell food, coffee, retail items and promote new menu items/pastries.

- Use the till to receive payment from customers/put through refunds.
- Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.

- Serve orders to customers at the front and drive thru.
- Train colleagues/other crew members to complete jobs in the workplace e.g ordering, cleaning, stock, drive thru.
