Recently,I have a degree in business from Tafe, which has given me a good foundation in customer relationship development, addressing customer service issues, problem-solving strategies, and boosting business profits.

Additionally, I currently work part-time at Kmart. I am responsible for the four departments: children's apparel, the nursery, children's toys, and all sports. I'm responsible for responding to detailed questions regarding products and services. Identifying and satisfying the demands of the customer. Addressing problems and providing appropriate answers and alternatives. Answering the phone, helping customers with product inquiries, complaints, and concerns, Offering information on products and services, accepting phone orders, managing store-to-store transfers, and processing returns. Ensuring that everything appears clean, orderly, and organized.

Since I am working for Kids World and Sports ,over the Christmas and New Year our team was able to reach the goal and earned a profit of 50% from the Kids Department alone. It was a significant accomplishment for all of us.

My interests include yoga, volunteering in the community, traveling, playing table tennis and basketball, as well as camping and hiking.
