• Analyse, monitor & control all autonomous haulage health & maintenance related faults. Respond to operator reported maintenance faults for conventional SME.
• Triage and prioritise all SME faults across Field, ancillary & mobile equipment. Liaise with relevant workshop line leaders, mine control & production to manage timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate data logs & handovers of planned/unplanned tasks in SAP. Review shift data identifying opportunities for quality improvement & performance trends.
• Thorough understanding of Minestar Terrain autonomous applications, working closely with Caterpillar onboard specialists.

• Execute routine refueling for a fleet of 30 autonomous haulage trucks, in accordance with operational requirements. Thorough understanding of Minestar application.

• Raise quality notifications on findings for preventive maintenance using 1SAP and CATsis tools

• Conduct routine inspections & liaise with relevant workshop line leaders, breakdown fitters, mine control & production to manage timely repairs.

• Maintain accurate data logs & handovers.

• Follow work instructions & complete risk assessments relating to individual tasks. Utilizing relevant OEM sites and schematics to scope repair and parts identification.

• Safely complete preventative maintenance inspections, repairs & attending breakdowns for a variety of equipment including 9400 & 9600 Liebherr excavators, 793F & 789C CAT RBT trucks, a wide rang of ancillary equipment.
• Identifying & rectifying faults found during inspections & following specific maintenance procedures. Initiating updates to work procedures to ensure they are accurate & relevant to equipment.
• Providing input into root cause analysis & subsequent resolution of issues affecting equipment reliability. Raising quality work notifications & work orders through SAP.
• Complete in field refueling schedule for all SME and fixed plant assets. Including load units, dewatering bores, lighting plants & ancillary equipment.
