machine operators and other site staff.

Safe operation of hand and power tools.

Undertaking all pre-start processes prior to equipment operation and understanding of Isolation and

Tagging procedures, and escalation of maintenance issues.

Responsible for site cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and hazard free work

environment.

Strong focus on safe work practices with a keen understanding of Workplace Health & Safety policies

and procedures.

Undertaking regular hazard and risk assessments in all manual handling tasks on a shift by shift basis.

Following all company OH&S policies and procedures in relation to safe equipment operation.

Responsible for producing high quality Italian cuisine.

Accountability and responsible for ensuring that food safety standards are meticulously adhered to and

that work areas are clean and well organised.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work in a busy, high pressure

environment and adaptability to changing situations.

Able to work rotating rosters, including shift work.

Strong focus on safe work practices, manual handling processes, risk management and a keen

understanding of Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working

environment.

Following all company OH&S policies and procedures in relation to safe equipment operation.
